How does the RRP work?

Enroll in the NIGHTWATCH® Referral Rewards Program (RRP) to receive your unique referral code. Upon receipt, share and promote this code among your personal and professional networks. When a client, friend, peer, or follower uses your code to purchase a NIGHTWATCH® device, you instantly earn 10% and they receive a 10% discount.

When will my referral fees be paid?

Your referral fees will be paid via check and mailed via US mail within 90 days of the time of purchase.

What happens if there is a cancellation?

The referral fee will be pro-rated for any returned/refunded devices within 90 days of the time of purchase.

How are referral fees calculated?

The referral fee is based on the number of devices purchased through your efforts; accessories and monitoring contracts are not eligible for any referral fees.

How are referrals tracked?

Referrals are tracked via a referral code that is unique to each ambassador.

Are there additional forms I need to fill out to join the RRP?

You will need to comply with any information reporting requirements, if any, of the Internal Revenue Service (ie, W-9), prior to receipt of any referral fees under the RRP.

Does joining the RRP mean I am now an employee of Protequus?

An ambassador is not employed or in any way affiliated with Protequus LLC other than as an independent contractor, and enrollment in the RRP does not create an employee-employer relationship, a partnership, joint venture or any other relationship.

What happens if I choose to no longer participate in the RRP?

If you no longer wish to participate in the Referral Rewards Program, please notify Protequus via email at Any referral fees you have earned at termination shall be paid to you within the company’s next payment cycle.

Can referral fees by negotiated?

By voluntarily offering your referral services in exchange for a referral fee, you acknowledge the fee is fair and reasonable. Referral fees can not be negotiated.
